Terms and Conditions for Epic Destination Shoot

Preparation and What to Expect:
Before your photo shoot with Epic Destination Shoot, our team of professionals will have meticulously prepared the perfect location and inspirational themes tailored to the specific shoot you have signed up for. This includes a wardrobe consultation where our stylist, Joey, will assist you in selecting outfits and accessories. This session typically lasts 1-2 hours the day before your shoot. Please note that while wardrobe assistance is provided, not all garments are supplied; you may need to bring personal items for styling. Additionally, a spray tan is recommended the evening before the shoot to ensure an even skin tone. Hair and makeup styling are included for one person, with additional fees applicable for more participants.

Photography and Privacy:
Your shoot may involve changing into multiple outfits with assistance from our stylist to ensure everything is worn correctly and photographed well. Privacy is respected, and changing areas are provided. If the shoot includes video recording and you prefer not to be filmed, please inform us in advance. There may be instances where you share a shoot day with other clients, but your privacy and individual focus will be maintained during your allocated time.

Client Cooperation and Communication:
Open communication is crucial. Please be forthright if you are uncomfortable with any aspect of the styling, makeup, or the shoot overall. We strive to ensure you are delighted with every element, but we require your honest feedback during the shoot to make necessary adjustments. No reshoots are offered, so it's vital to address any concerns in real-time. Inform us beforehand of any allergies or specific needs, including makeup preferences and contact lens restrictions, to tailor the shoot accordingly.

Post-Shoot Process:
After your shoot, Sarah Lyons Glabman will curate a gallery of proofs for you to select your final images, which typically excludes light tests and bloopers unless otherwise requested. Additional retouched images beyond your package can be purchased. The final selection process involves simply marking your favorites in the gallery. Expect to receive the retouched images within a month, depending on Sarah's schedule. Remember, the images are retouched as per the artist’s vision, and further editing is not permitted.

Payments and Refunds:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your shoot, with the balance due prior to the session. Payment can be made through various channels like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, with a convenience fee applicable for non-cash transactions. Full refunds are only issued if the photographer cancels the shoot.

Copyright and Image Use:
The copyright of all images remains with Sarah unless specifically negotiated otherwise. Images may be used in various forms, like prints or online, but must not be altered from their original retouched state provided by Sarah.

Important Notes:

• Always provide correct personal details and be aware of the shoot schedule, especially if participating in magazine shoots, as the editors manage the timelines and editorial decisions.

• If shooting for high-profile magazines, do not post images until the magazine has been published.
